Too many components in the existing airline track stud assembly, that also limited the amount of applications and added unnecessary manufacturing costs.
Solution
Engineering custom hardware from scratch. Creating a washer that also acts as a slot-lock. Each can be easily updated to fit future needs of the evolving product line.
